Deirdre Evens leads Iron Mountain’s Global Asset Lifecycle Management Business, providing customers in over 50 countries with the best set of practices supporting security, sustainability and value recovery in the management, decommissioning and dispositioning of Technology Assets. Deirdre joined Iron Mountain in 2015 as Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer. She also served as the company’s Chief of Operations, responsible for global Human Resources, Risk Management, Marketing, and Enterprise Program Management. In 2018 she was named Executive VP and General Manager for North America’s Records and Information Business, a $2+B business with over 8000 employees, helping customers protect, manage, store and extract value from their physical and digital content. She came to Iron Mountain from Clean Harbors, North America’s leading provider of environmental, energy, and industrial services, where she served as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources, and as the company's Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. She also spent 19 years at Polaroid Corporation, with senior roles in manufacturing, supply chain, sales, marketing, corporate strategy, and general management. Deirdre serves on the Board of Directors for Regency Centers (NASDAQ: REG), a national owner, operator and developer of commercial shopping centers ; and on the Board of the Boston Chamber of Commerce. Deirdre holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University, executive certificates in global strategic marketing and human resources, and is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program.
