Reports can be made on a confidential or anonymous basis. Please provide a method of contact if the report is not anonymous and/or in the event more information is required.
When making a report, be sure to include the following:
- An overview of the situation:
What you suspect is happening
Dates of activity
Internal and/or external suspect activity
- Area in which suspected activity is occurring
- Name or title of individuals involved, if applicable
Iron Mountain is committed to reviewing any report in a prompt manner and taking corrective action when appropriate. This program involves protection for employees who make a report and penalties for anyone retaliating against employees who make a report.
If you have elected to provide your contact information, the Company will take all reasonable steps to keep confidential the identity of those reporting a possible violation. However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed when a report triggers an investigation.
Iron Mountain will not allow any retaliation against an employee who acts in good faith in reporting any violations covered in the Company's Code of Ethics and Business Conduct.
In reporting information to Iron Mountain, you agree to the potential transfer of the information to Iron Mountain locations in other jurisdictions that may have a different level of privacy protection than that under your country's law.
Information provided in a report is subject to Iron Mountain's Code of Ethics and Business Conduct policy, and will be protected in the manner referred to above. It will not be covered by Iron Mountain's general privacy policy appearing elsewhere on Iron Mountain's website.
