Arvind Subramanian joined Iron Mountain in September 2023 and serves as Executive Vice President - India and Enterprise Strategy. Based in Mumbai, Arvind holds dual responsibility for leading Iron Mountain’s commercial and operational activities in India across all our business lines, while overseeing the company’s global Enterprise Strategy and Incubation functions.
In his global capacity, Arvind steers the development of the company’s long-term strategic roadmap and the scaling of high-potential global solutions. Arvind has deep commercial expertise, combined with extensive experience and knowledge of the India market. He has a track record of delivering growth and developing high-performing teams, with a particular passion for sustainability and digital transformation.
Prior to joining Iron Mountain, Arvind held senior leadership roles at Mahindra Lifespaces and Boston Consulting Group. He holds a degree in electrical and electronics engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad. In September 2026, Arvind was appointed as an Independent Director to the Board of Axis Bank.
