Dale Lawing is the Executive Vice President, Global Operations at Iron Mountain. He leads operations across our Records & Information Management business, including Records Storage & Management, Data Management, Secure Shredding, and Clutter - Iron Mountain’s consumer storage business.
Lawing is a growth-oriented and innovative leader who is responsible for collaborating with the Commercial team to develop and deliver solutions that solve our customers’ challenges, enhancing the service our operations teams provide, and setting the standards for safety and operational excellence.
Since joining Iron Mountain in 1986, Lawing has held progressively senior roles across operations. He started as a driver in our Records Management business and has grown his career within the company as Operations Manager, Territory Business Director, Territory Vice President, Senior Vice President & General Manager for both U.S. and North America Operations, and most recently, Senior Vice President of Global Operations.
