Iron Mountain Appoints New Heads of Worldwide Sales and Human Resources

Jerry Rulli and Annie Drapeau to support the company's next phase of growth

Iron Mountain Incorporated, (NYSE: IRM), the information management company, today announced the appointment of two new executives to its leadership team. Jerry Rulli joins the company as executive vice president of worldwide sales and Annie Drapeau joins as executive vice president of human resources. Rulli and Drapeau will play key roles as the company works to capture significant new growth opportunities and become the global leader in information management.

As the head of worldwide sales, Rulli is charged with developing sales strategies for a global sales team and growing revenue for the company. A seasoned sales executive with more than 25 years' experience, Rulli came to Iron Mountain from Infor Global Solutions. Between 2007 and 2010, he held senior leadership roles in sales and general management and helped grow the software maker from $200 million to $2 billion. Prior to Infor, Rulli served as vice president of sales for Echelon Corporation from 2000-2003 and vice president of worldwide sales and support for Framework Technologies from 1998-2000. A native of St. Paul, Minnesota, Rulli graduated from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls with a bachelor's degree in political science and sociology.

In her role as executive vice president of human resources, Drapeau oversees global HR strategy, including organizational development, recruitment and rewards. Prior to Iron Mountain, Drapeau co-founded the Center for Leading Organizations, a management-consulting firm focused on organizational effectiveness and development. Before that, she served as executive vice president and chief people officer at VistaPrint from 2005 to 2008 and held a variety of executive level positions at Digitas from 1997 through 2005, including executive vice president and chief people officer. Earlier in her career, Drapeau served in various leadership roles at both PepsiCo and JP Morgan.

Drapeau is the co-author of the books The Trusted Leader: Bringing Out the Best in Your People and Your Company and The Enemies of Trust, and has written on organizational leadership for a range of business publications. She holds a bachelor's in chemical engineering from Bucknell University and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth. Drapeau is a member of the Commonwealth Institute and is on the Alumni Association Board of Directors at Bucknell University.
