This gathering of company management, investors and securities analysts
features management presentations by William L. Meaney, president and
chief executive officer, and members of the senior executive team
related to the company’s strategic plan and financial outlook.
The event is being held at The Pierre Hotel, 2 East 61st Street at Fifth
Avenue, New York, New York. Registration and continental breakfast begin
at 7:30 a.m. with the executive presentations commencing at 9:00 a.m. A

The timing of the event was established in July 2013, and was not
intended to suggest that the company anticipated it will have received
rulings on its private letter ruling requests from the Internal Revenue
