Company continues to execute on strategy to expand presence in
emerging markets through acquisition

Iron Mountain Incorporated ®, the storage and information management
company, today announced it has acquired Lithuanian document storage and
archiving firm Archyvu Sistemos, significantly expanding its presence in
The Baltics. With the acquisition, Iron Mountain adds more than 400
customers throughout Lithuania, Estonia and Latvia, assuming the
responsibility for managing their complete inventory of 700,000 cubic
feet of hardcopy records as well as continuing to offer secure archiving
and destruction services. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
