Iron

Russo as its Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Russo will officially join
the company in mid-March after leaving Dell EMC, where she served as
senior vice president and general manager for the technology company’s
Enterprise Storage and Software business.

In her new role as Iron Mountain’s CTO, Russo will provide the
leadership, vision and roadmap for how technology can further strengthen
the company’s current and future product offerings, service delivery and
overall business. Russo will serve as a member of Iron Mountain’s senior
executive team reporting directly to President and CEO William L. Meaney.

In her most recent role, Russo led Dell EMC’s Enterprise Storage and
Software Solutions team. She was able to drive significant business
growth through focused product sales, investments in disruptive
technologies and markets, and through workforce globalization and
service delivery automation.
Prior to EMC, she was Chief Operating Officer for Sepaton/HDS, a
provider of storage and software products and services, where she drove
significant year-over-year growth for the company’s intelligent data
protection products and also helped raise more than $25 million in
venture funding to spur that growth. She has also held senior business
and technology leadership roles at HP, Sun Microsystems/Oracle, Data
General Corporation and Digital Equipment Corporation.

Russo earned an engineering degree from University College Cork
(Ireland) and holds a masters in Computer Science from Boston
